Calling the interviewer by first name

Often times during an interviewer, he or she might say it's ok for you to call him or her by his or her first name. So, would you do it? And if so, is that a problem?

Fact is, the interviewer did say it was ok to use the first name, but that's an interview trick!! Don't fall for it!

First names are ok for friends and co-workers in a more relaxed working environment, but NEVER at an interview!

Always show the interviewer respect by using the last name.
