  1. What's it all about?   We realize how confusing it can be in deciding among the many many different makes and models of computer equipment. And how many salespeople are either not very helpful at all nor extremely knowledgeable.   We also know of some who try pushing a particular item on you simply because it gives them the most commission, but is not right for you!

    Our program is designed to help YOU make the RIGHT choice.   HOW?   By arriving at your "true needs" and then providing some price comparisons and guidelines, in order to determine which particular product(s) would best meet your needs.

  2. Why do I need it?   Quite honestly, if you're very computer savvy, then you don't really need our help, unless you want a second opinion.

    But, if you're not overly computer savvy or don't know exactly what you really need, then that's where we come in!   Because, we can help you narrow down the choices to arrive at the right one for you!

  3. Bet it costs a lot!   Not to worry, we won't break you!   Our main goal here is not to make money, but to keep our customers and clients happy!
  4. Any guarantees?   We can't guarantee you'll definitely be happy with our recommendations nor the actual product itself--but then again who can?.   However, we can guarantee professional service and total fairness because we don't accept advertising nor have any affiliations with the computer stores themselves.

    And if you're seeking something outside of our expertise, we won't hesitate to say so.   Faking it only hurts our reputation and you! so we won't do it!

  5. Who buys the product?   We don't actually purchase anything for you because our main focus is assisting you in finding the right one.   However, we can help you locate your product and even possibly provide some price comparisons.
  6. Will you come with me to the store?   Depending upon our schedule and where you live, we might be able to accomodate.   But even if we can't, it's not absolutely necessary because we'll help you narrow down the choices.   All you really have to do is get it.   However, if you prefer we go with you, it's ok with us.
  7. How do I sign up?   Just contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail; and any specifics you can provide in terms of what you're thinking of getting will be helpful and appreciated.
